So I guess a lot happened since I last wrote an update, and I'm already tired right now but I sorta felt like writing one now.

I have a laser I got a while ago, I have it shining on my desk now (which is a new desk I made from a door...I really like it) anyway, I have the laser shining on my desk so I get to see and play with this brilliant red beam (it's much brighter then a laser pointer). So that's fun. It used to shut itself off after too long but I got a new transformer the other day so now tried lowering the voltage and it seems much happier.

Anyway, I had and lost a girlfriend, Angelique. It was fun while it lasted, about a month. I shot a film that she directed. She broke up with me because basically even though she was enjoying it, she could tell it wasn't really going to go anywhere, and I was thinking the same thing so I was totally fine with it. I think we'll stay friends.

I'm working on Monster House now. It's really fun and I love working with so many of the same people from Polar Express. The hours aren't long at all and the working conditions couldn't be better. I'm having a blast. Everyone is super cool.

They really treat us great on set. The other day they had a Hawaiian lunch for us with 2 hula dancing girls, a guy playing drums, a roast pig, and a bunch of other Hawaiian foods and stuff. They made a bunch of us dance and everything. Fridays are definitely the most fun on set, we all wear ties and that's the day the do the special lunches.

I turned in my paperwork to join the union as a camera operator the other day. I'm really happy about that because joining the union has been a goal for a while and once all the paperwork goes through it should be done. I'm really excited about it. I'll probably have some sort of party after it happens.

I'm got some lasers really cheap on ebay that I'm going to add into my xbox. I've been really into xbox hacking lately and I was thinking it would be fun to have 2 lasers coming out of my xbox, that do nothing. I'm going to take pictures and write up a tutorial about how to do it. I hope that it gets posted on one of the big xbox sites.

I went to a really cool concert last weekend, it was Air and Stereolab at the Hollywood Bowl. Air was backed up by a full orchestra.

Anyway, I can see this update isn't going anywhere...I'm going to bed.
