Wow, I'm all happy now. I just had to go get some keys copied to make for my friend who will be staying with me for a week. I can either go to the mail center which is like a block away from me. I don't really like the people their, and they tend to rip you off on service charges. Or, I can go to the hardware store which is like 5 blocks away. The people there are really cool. I was in no hurry so I went to the hardware store.
I recognized the owner of one of my favorite restaurants at the hardware story. The restaurant is called Gardens of Taxco. They don't have a menu. After you sit down the owner comes to your table and asks you what you prefer: meat, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. After you make your choice he goes over the dishes they have that night that feature your choice. Then you order your entree and that it. Even though you only order your entree it's a 5 course meal, and everything they give you is really great. The best thing about the place though is just how welcome you feel when you are there. It's a very comfortable place, they have a guy going around playing guitar, and the margaritas are really good.
Anyway, so I ran into the owner. I said hello to him and told him how much I love the restaurant. He smiled and we talked for a short while and he then gave me a coupon for a free meal their. It's worth like 20 bucks. So that's why I'm so happy. I'll go their again with Leah when she comes up.
I yelled at someone yesterday. I parked my car at the rental car place (I had a rental car because my car was in the shop) and some guy parked behind me blocking me from pulling out. I was walking towards my car to pull out the time. I asked him if would mind pulling out so I can leave. He told me to be patient. I asked him nicely again, he said no. That's when I started yelling at the asshole. It was actually pretty fun. I haven't yelled at anyone for a long time and it was fun to have a good excuse to do it. Eventually an employee of the place moved his car for him. As he was doing it he referred to the man who blocked me as an asshole. That made me feel even more vindicated.
He was an otherdox Jew actaully. After the yelling match was over I was thinking how I should have yelled something like "Arn't you supposed to do mitzah's or something?" because then he would know that I was Jewish. It would have been interesting to see if his attitude changed once he knew I was Jewish.
I'm finally shooting that doctor infomercial thing this weekend. It's taken forever to get it going. I have no reason to believe it won't go smoothly. It should be a hard day of shooting just because we have so much stuff to get but I think it's totally doable. Then it looks like I'm shooting a music video later this month. There's a lot of stuff that needs to be gotten ready to shoot the music video but as long as we get the location everything should work out.
I hate mentioning projects before they happen because so many times they don't but hopefully this one will. My friend good friend Stoney is directing it so if the video does happen I have no question that it will be really good. Stoney is really talented. We've been talking about shooting this video for a while, hopefully it's really going to happen now.
Oh yeah, and Leah my girlfriend has requested that I post her e-mail address. She'd asked me to say that she'd love to get e-mail from anyone who reads this page. So you can e-mail her at: leahjb1@juno.com.
It's just about the time of year when they start selling Cadbury Creme Eggs. I really love those. I want to take this opportunity to mention that anyone who reads this page is encouraged to send me Cadbury Creme Eggs. They are only available around Easter so it's important that I stock up.
I should add that when I say "stock up" I mean it. When I really like something that is the sort of item I am not sure I will be able to buy again at a later time, I stock up on it. I have like 20 bottles of Egg Cream Soda (which has nothing to do with Cadbury Creme Eggs) in my cabinet right now.
I really like Egg Cream Soda's but it can be hard to find the syrup sometimes, so I stock up on it when I find it.
Anyway, everyone is encouraged to send me Cadbury Creme Eggs.
Surprisingly most people who read this web page actually don't know me personally, but if the idea of buying me Cadbury Creme Eggs sounds like a good idea to you (it is a very good idea) e-mail me and I'll give you my mailing address.
